Finally a film photograph! (There`s a joke hidden in that sentence too...)
Hmm - I got this wonderfull printer/filmscanner for christmas, and now I`ve started to scan some of the films I`ve developed the last months. First out was an pretty odd film. Agfa Scala is as far as I know the only b/w positive film out there. You`re supposed to send the exposed film by mail, and get it developed by a danish company, but since this is old expired film found in my refrigerator, I developed it as I develop Kodak T Max. Worked great!
The positives looks contrasty and crisp. I made a print out of this one, and it looks just great.

Welcome back to you too! Did you see the movie? The original one (1933) was definitely my favorite. The first time I saw it I was with my sister when we were both little kids. My mother thought that my sister would have been scared by the "monster" but she actually cried only in the end because the Kong was being shot on the Empire State Building. The second one (1976) was quite a disaster and I didn't like it at all. The last one (Peter Jackson) I actually enjoyed, but didn't capture the magic of the stop motion animation... Still is quite impressive to think how the cinematographic technology has advanced in 70 years, and how, in the end, the result is more in the creativity of the cinematographer, than in the technology itself.

No, I didn`t see the movie. I`ve only seen the second one, and hardly remember it at all... I remember the story, but the movie itself didn`t impress me either.
