Busy days, hopefully I`ll blow the dust off of my cameras soon. We bought an old house last summer, and most of our time and energy are being spent on making our new home our home.
I don`t feel like I have to explain why I post so frequently, but I started this blog because I needed to push myself to go out and photograph. Now I push myself to post - posting is more important than the joy of making the photograph...
Who knows, maybe it`s better to take a small break, and forget about this blog for a month or two, and then hopefully come back with a load of photographs that I believe in.

having also bought an old house last summer, i so hear you ...

we finally unpacked and dusted off our old film cameras, put them in a lovely (read easily accessible) cabinet and filled our fridge with film : )

had a wonderful time with them on the weekend (read before yard work takes over our weekends, lol) but will be a while before i post any of the results .. i love that about film ..

whether you take a break or post semi-regularly ... its all good 'cause creating beauty shouldn't be pressure filled though i do love seeing your creations but i don't mind waiting :)

really like this image ... though i can't quite figure it out, a reflection perhaps on a wall of glass .. regardless, the more i look at it, the more i enjoy it :)

Thank you, Darlene! I know you know how I feel about this. Funny thing is I brought my camera today for the first time in weeks, and got a few decent shots too!
I`ll wait a little while before I post again, though.
The photo is a faded poster I found on one of my walks. I like it!
